Seit dem Erscheinen der 1. Auflage ist das Urheberrecht grundlegend überarbeitet worden. Hierzu gehören u. a. die Neuordnung der Wissenschafts- und Bildungsschranken und die Anpassung des Urheberrechts an die Erfordernisse des digitalen Binnenmarktes. Neben der bibliotheksgerechten Aufarbeitung des materiellen Urheberrechts werden in dieser 2., vollständig überarbeiteten Auflage der juristischen Fallbearbeitung vorangehende Arbeitsschritten und Vorgehensweisen besprochen. Ein Schwerpunkt des Buches liegt auf dem Gebiet des Lizenzvertragsrechts. Die Rechtslage in der Schweiz und in Österreich wird ebenfalls mit berücksichtigt. |
