Mit der Übersetzung der »Spaanse Spraakkunst« von Jacques de Bruyne wurde 1993 erstmals eine deskriptive spanische Grammatik in deutscher Sprache vorgelegt, die in 15 Kapiteln einen umfassenden Überblick über das moderne Spanisch gibt. Die flämische Originalausgabe (3. Auflage 1989) wurde für die deutsche Übersetzung gründlich überarbeitet und erweitert. Ein detailliertes Inhaltsverzeichnis und ein ausführliches Sachregister ermöglichen dem Benutzer einen raschen Zugriff zu einzelnen grammatischen Problemen. Bei der »Spanischen Grammatik« handelt es sich um eine beschreibende Grammatik. Sie erläutert die Formen und Strukturen der spanischen Sprache anhand von Beispielen aus der modernen Literatur und aus Zeitungstexten. In geringem Umfang werden auch mündliche Zeugnisse herangezogen. Die Beispiele sind so gewählt, daß möglichst unterschiedliche Textsorten berücksichtigt und alle Regionen Spaniens und Hispanoamerikas vertreten sind. Ziel ist es, dem Benutzer die ganze Bandbreite des modernen Spanisch zu präsentieren. Die »Spanische Grammatik« wendet sich an alle Hispanophilen, in besonderem Maße aber an Studierende der Hispanistik und Spanischlehrer. Romanisten werden davon profitieren, daß nicht nur die Unterschiede des Spanischen zum Deutschen, sondern auch die zum Französischen immer wieder hervorgehoben werden. Die 2. Auflage bezieht auch solche sprachliche Phänomene mit ein, die typisch sind für die Weiterentwicklung des Spanischen in den letzten zehn Jahren, ergänzt durch neues Beispielmaterial. |

This translation of Jacques de Bruyne's »Spaanse Spraakkunst« is the first to make the work available to a German-speaking audience. With its 15 chapters, it provides a comprehensive survey of present-day Spanish. The Flemish original (3rd edition 1989) is an indispensable standard work of reference for all Flemish/Dutch teachers and students of Spanish and has been thoroughly revised and expanded for the German translation. A detailed table of contents and a meticulous subject index facilitate swift access to the discussion of individual grammar problems. The »Grammar of Spanish« addresses itself to all Hispanophiles and especially to all students and teachers of Spanish. Romance scholars will derive particular profit from the emphasis not only on the difference between Spanish and German, but also on those between Spanish and French. |
