Das Erbrecht, ein inhaltlich und dogmatisch interessantes Rechtsgebiet, erfreut sich einer stetig wachsenden praktischen Bedeutung. Gegenwärtig beginnt die Fachanwaltsausbildung in diesem Bereich. Aber auch in der Ausbildung sind Aufgaben aus dem Erbrecht immer häufiger anzutreffen. Die meisten Universitäten haben das Erbrecht in die neuen Schwerpunktbereiche aufgenommen, so dass es auch Gegenstand dieses Teils des Staatsexamens werden wird. Das bereits in 2. Auflage vorgelegte Werk soll Jurastudenten (von Anfangs- bis Examenssemestern), aber auch Referendaren als Lehrbuch dienen. Es enthält eine Darstellung der Grundzüge sowie der Schwerpunkte des Erbrechts. Neuerungen im Verhältnis zur ersten Auflage sind vor allem durch zahlreiche Gerichtsentscheidungen verursacht und haben je nach ihrer Ausbildungsrelevanz Berücksichtigung gefunden. Neu aufgenommen wurde vor allem die Thematik "Patiententestament", welche im Zusammenhang mit der Sterbehilfe z. Zt. breit diskutiert wird. Durch optische Hervorhebung ist der Bereich der Grundzüge von den vertiefenden Passagen abgeteilt, die sich an Wahlfachkandidaten richten. Jedes Kapitel schließt mit Wiederholungseinheiten ab. Zusätzlich wurden die wichtigsten Informationen in zahlreichen Übersichten zusammengefaßt. Zum besseren Verständnis des behandelten Stoffes finden sich zu zahlreichen Themen Muster im laufenden Text. Die Kombination dieser pädagogischen Elemente bildet den besonderen Vorteil dieses Werkes. |

The law of succession enjoys a growing practical meaning. The work contains a description of the main elements as well as the focal point of the law of succession. Reforms in relation to the first edition are mainly brought about by numerous court decisions. Newly incorporated was particularly the subject "patient wills", which at the time was widely discussed in connection with euthanasia. The main feature is divided by visual emphasis from the detailed passages, which are directed at elective candidates. Every chapter closes with a summary. Additionally, the most important information is summarized in numerous overviews. For a better understanding of the subject matter dealt with, many examples of topics are found within the text. The combination of these pedagogical features comprises the specific benefit of this work. |
