Summary: Although there has been intense discussion about communication in social networks, it has frequently been incorporated into constitutional law only superficially. This dissertation therefore sheds light on the meaning of freedom of opinion for communication in social networks in all of their protective dimensions. In a second step, it examines to which extent the German Network Enforcement Act does justice to constitutional provisions.Summary: Obwohl über die Kommunikation in sozialen Netzwerken intensiv diskutiert wird, erfolgt ihre verfassungsrechtliche Einordnung häufig nur oberflächlich. Vor diesem Hintergrund beleuchtet die Dissertation die Bedeutung der Meinungsfreiheit für die Kommunikation in sozialen Netzwerken in all ihren Schutzdimensionen. In einem zweiten Schritt wird untersucht, inwieweit das Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz den verfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben gerecht wird.
